Terms and conditions
- All goods received by the dealer shall be paid for in full 14 days from the date of delivery of the product as per the invoice issued by Essmart (Essential Marketplace Solutions Pvt Ltd.), failing which the mentioned products should be returned in unused, resalable condition. If product is in unsalable condition (to be determined by Essmart (Essential Marketplace Solutions Pvt Ltd.)) the full value of the invoice must be paid within 2 working days.
- Credit Limit may be set for dealers based on sales performance and accounts should be settled before the 22nd of every month. No products will be issued if the credit exceeds the credit limit allotted until payment is received.
- Dealer should maintain a separate ledger or accounts book for dealing with Essmart which will be periodically verified with the account statement issued at the end of every month.
- Dealer should not sell the products above mentioned MRP on the products. Discounts may be offered and promotional offers must be extended to end customers without any favours.
- Delivery Challan is final document for receipt of products.
- Essmart shall supply the goods ordered by the Company within reasonable time. Transportation and Insurance will be arranged by the Essmart. However, the Dealer shall be responsible for taking an insurance policy of such amount as sufficient to cover any damage to the Product from theft, damage, fire, flood, burglary and other hazards also damage due to handling and storage, water logging, combustible materials, acids and explosives etc. If the product is damaged after signing the delivery challan, Dealer shall be responsible to pay for products in full in case of any damages.
- All disputes to be made only in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
- In case of non-compliance of the above, or from any other unethical practice by the Dealer, Essmart (Essential Marketplace Solutions Pvt Ltd.)reserves the right to cancel the dealership at any time.
